I love Halloween and I’m a pretty big horror movie fan. Around this time of year, I start binging my favorite classic horror films.
I would say my favorites are:
- Friday The 13th
- The Exorcist
- The Shining
You may have noticed, most of them are from the 70s… “arguably the most fruitful and consistently excellent decade for horror cinema,” according to Collider. And I totally agree.
To honor a few of my favorite scary movies I made shirt designs that true classic horror movie fans will love.
Camp Crystal Lake ˜ Friday the 13th
I made this shirt with two different methods.
The one above is basic heat transfer vinyl, cut on my Cricut and pressed with a heat press.
The one below was screen printed. For that method, I also cut the design on my Cricut, then used screen printing ink and finished it by sealing the design with my heat press. You can see my how-to guide for screen printing here.
Amity Island ˜ Jaws
Haddonfield High School ˜ Halloween
