Salads are not just for vegetables. I love to pack my salads with colorful fruit.

The great thing about salads is that there is an infinite number of combinations. You can combine any variety of fruits and vegetables you like.

These are a few of my favorite combinations.
My favorite veggie salad staples
No matter what kind of salad combo I’m going for, you’ll always find romaine lettuce and sliced cucumbers at the heart of it.

My favorite fruit salad staple
My next favorite staple when it comes to fruit is always strawberries.

And for one of my favorite combos, I add diced peaches.

My favorite salad add-ins
And nothing tops off a salad more perfectly for me than chopped walnuts and feta cheese.
