I love Halloween, like really love it. It’s one of my favorite holidays, only a close second behind Christmas. But I also love my kids’ teeth and would rather not see them rot because of all the candy. And let’s face it, the brushing at this age is less than stellar, so those little pearls can use all the protection they can get.
The good news is, there are lots of other cool things you can give to your kids and give away to trick-or-treaters that aren’t loaded with sugar. (more…)
The thought of sticking my hand into the bowels of a pumpkin to pull out a pound of mushy, slimy, gooey pumpkin guts is not really appealing to me. Bravo to all of you who do it.
